88 and 90 Lexington are a pair of buildings in the Murray Hill area of Lower Manhattan. The main scope of the project was the conversion of both adjoining buildings into a modern condominium development complete with penthouses and amenity spaces. The full scope included :

  • 175 units

  • 56 different unit floorplans

  • 4 model units

  • 34 separate Alteration Type-2 filings for each floor, an overall Alteration Type-1, and 3 PA (Public Assembly Space) filings

  • A new Façade for 90 Lexington

  • New Penthouses in both buildings

  • Corresponding Tax Lot and Attorney General Plans
